Now that my Ameraucana pullets are laying, I have a glut of little blue eggs.
Convincing someone who isn’t familiar with blue eggs is one thing.
Convincing them that TINY blue eggs are ok to eat is yet another.
Over time the little blue eggs will become big blue eggs and by summertime, all will be well in egg-land.
